Brian Wickers, born in Ontario and raised in Winnipeg, now teaches English in a private school in Toronto. His poetry has appeared in Descant, Fiddlehead, Malahat Review, The Atlantic, Poetry and Paris Review, among others, and he has won grants and a Toronto Star poetry contest. Mansfield Press will publish his first book, Stations of the Lost.
