Originally from California, Laura Cok now resides in Toronto.  Her work has been published in literary journals including the Rusty Toque, Contemporary Verse 2, Prairie Fire, and Event. She recently won the University of Toronto alumni poetry contest. Her poem “Half-cursed” was published in the June 2017 issue of the LRC.
